An email address duplicates itself and does not go

I put in an email address, it duplicates and does not get sent. Like this

[email protected] [email protected]
Can you help please?

Hey @ohdearme

First, personally I advise do not show a complete email address

I am not completely sure what you mean, there is a difference
that is “J” & “j” upper and lower case.

If you intended Jondoe@funmail as the name
AND
[email protected] as the address

THEN you will need to configure as:

“[email protected]” < [email protected] >

OR if this is not what you want DELETE and start again.
