Am not receiving email

Win7 PC. account.

Installed this night before last. eM was stuck in an endless loop that it didn’t shut down properly… ran diagnostics, found nothing, then would start again. I uninstalled and reinstalled today.

All seemed fine, but have realized I’m not getting any emails. Ordered pizza online and never got the confirmation email. Just checked my and found that email (pizza) and an email from my sis-in-law, neither of which came to my eM client…

When this was working, I really liked it… PLEASE help… I don’t wanna go back to the other…

Hi, do you see any error messages? What protocol for email synchronization do you use?
