when I reply or compose an email, the Alt+S keyboard shortcut to send the email does not always work. I haven’t been able to reproduce exactly when it doesn’t work but I often have to hit Alt+S multiple times until it sends off the message. It would be great if this glitch could be addressed as it would improve usability.

According to the online help [1] the shortcut is supposed to be Alt+S, and it works but not reliably (only from time to time). Also the key binding is not shown in the menu bar as illustrated in attached screenshot.
