Hello, I use EM with two email clients Aruba:
the first client is configured with an IMAP account and this works well.
the second client is configured with a POP3 account: this client I have the problem that all email received always come double.
Can you help me?
if you check your mail directly on the POP account’s server are the messages doubled there or does this happen only in eM Client?
the messages doubled are only in eM Client.
could you turn on logging for the POP account (Tools > Settings > Advanced and check the POP under your affected account) and restart eM Client.
Replicate the issue (receive a doubled email) and go back to Advanced settings and send the logs to me at [email protected] with a link to this forum topic in the body of the message.
