All sent mails with date 01.01.0001

Hey, we have a strange error with all sent Mails, in the Mail details it always shows the sent date as 01.01.0001 01:00

MailClient_3SxoLzhL1n

But in the sent elements it shows the correct date and time.

How is this possible, is there a fix for this problem?

We need more information. What is your operating system?

Windows 11

The only suggestion that I have is to check all the time zone and region settings Windows > Settings > Time & Language are consistent with your location.

Everything looks good in the settings.
But I suspect that it is due to the interaction with the mail server. We have the mails for our company accounts at www.checkdomain.de. If I use my private account from mailbox.org as a test, the error does not occur there.
A test deletion and new setup of the checkdomain.de mail account has unfortunately not resolved the error.

Is it possible that there is a communication problem between eMClient and the Checkdomain server?

It seems to occur at mail-accounts with (in my case) S/MIME signature. If I send mails without this signed-flag it shows the right timestamp.

I wonder if this is associated with a similar issue which I can replicate

Same problem here for sent emails in eM Client version 10.3.1738. If I open the local saved email with an alternative email-client like Thunderbird, the correct sent date will be shown, if I open the email with eM Client the wrong sent date/time (01.01.0001 01:00) will be shown.

This happens to me with emails with hotmail domain, but not with gmail. What domain(s) is (are) your email accounts? (eg hotmail, gmail, outlook, etc).

In my case it is an private domain (sv2020.de) hosted by Strato.
The first 01.01.0001-case is back in 2020, when I started with S/MIME and sign my mails.
