All my emails are gone !

Updated to eM client 6.0 and when I opened the program, all the emails are gone. No folders and the main page says “this folder contains no items and no operation can be performed” - where did all of my emails go ??

Hello Lita, this message is mostly displayed when your account’s folders are collapsed, click on your account in the left pane and select either one of the folders below the account, or if there are no folders below, click on the little triangle next to it to extract it’s contents.

i have the same problem… all my email are gone… no account address, anythink! Where its located the database files? All my email from work its somewhere. Please, some help!

do you see the same ‘this folder contains no items and no operation can be performed’ message? If so, is there anything in your left side menu? If you right-click there you should be able to view the menu items again.
If you see a different message, please include it’s content here first so I can assist you.
