All my attachments arrive empty (0 Bytes)

I’m using the latest version of em Client, Windows 7 and my account is hosted in outlook.com.

I am having the same difficulty receiving attachments via IMAP from my MSN.COM accounts. Attachments on mail from my GMAIL.COM account arrive correctly.

Attachments in my MSN.COM account show 0 bytes in both the Sent folder and Inbox folder after sending or receiving. I am running version 6.0.23421.0 on Windows 8.1.

I had this problem using Hotmail and unfortunately eM Client support did not help to solve it. Yesterday I completely uninstalled the programme (you may have to manually delete the folder eM Client  (C:\Users(your account name)\AppData\Roaming\eM Client, otherwise it does not really uninstall).
After re-installation, the hotmail folder is now no longer IMAP/SMTP but AirSync and while I am not sure whether that makes the difference, the attachments can be opened now. Hallelujah.
