I opened emclient this morning on my laptop, and all my accounts were gone! I am running emclient beta. What changed to wipe out all my data?
I opened my settings and turned on eM Sync. It solved the problem for now. I’m still disappointed that my full account was wiped out and I had to turn it on to keep it working. This submission can be closed.

Thats very unusual, but as its a Beta anything could happen until its officially released. You might have possibly had either a eg: glitch in the program or possibly a database error. Unknown. If it keeps happening alot then suggest you email [email protected] to advise.
So recommend you setup either automatic backup via “Menu / Settings / General / Backup” or manually backup regularly via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore. You can then easily restore via "Menu / File / Restore if you need to.
Also check the release history page periodically for new updates to the Beta, where there is a new recent V11.0.108 Beta update for Windows & Mac if you don’t have that one already. If you do update to that, before upgrading make a manual backup and close eM Client before updating.
