First off EM Client 6 is a huge improvement, it actually works with our Kerio Mail server now! But one thing is happening that seems really strange.
For some reason all messages are flagged (little red flag) in EM Client but are not flagged in the kerio webmail or outlook clients. Not sure if its a glitch or setting but the smart folder (Flagged) has thousands of messages in it because all messages in all folders are flagged according to EM Client.
Hi, all your emails are flagged with “Flag” sign? That is bug for sure, do you use IMAP or Exchange?
Yes the little red flags are on all items, it is a kerio connect mail server but EM Client is connected as exchange to the EWS/Exchange.asmx and then used caldav and carddav.
Same setup with same problems here.Kerio Connect with eM client 6. Any progress on this bug? We’re testdriving eM Client and would like to switch over from Outlook, but need to be sure about all functionalities.
We are also ready to get away from Outlook, especially the cost! Was really hoping this would be a good solution but its not looking good.
I will need your Exchange logs, go to tools - settings - advanced, check Exchange Web Services under your account, apply and restart eM Client.
Simulate steps that leads to your issue and after that use “send logs…” to firstname.lastname@example.org together with this topic’s URL in subject.
Then you can turn logging off.
