All Folders and Data missing on Exchange Account

Hello,

using eMClient 7.1 with an Hosted Exchange account I found all my Folders missing today. Account is still there in Account Management. I can send Mails using the account but all Folders (even the root Folder,Contacts,Tasks…) are missing. Only local Folders are Show as if no Account set up.

What can I do?

You can remove the account from eM Client, then add it again.

If that does not help, and you have a Pro License, you can open a support ticket.
