All Emails no unread box

Hi There,

All my unread emails are in my Inbox.

How can i split this up so i have unread messages in one box and my emails in the inbox

Regards

John

Being that Unread emails are part of your same inbox, you would need to “setup a custom rule” to automatically move new unread email from your account inbox to another folder when it arrives.

See new rules documentation links below.

Apart from creating a custom rule, you can just enable the “Global Unread folder” in Favourites “to view only unread mail” from any account which is what I personally do with four IMAP accounts.

“New Rule documentation”

https://www.emclient.com/webdocumentation/en/10.0/emclient/default.htm?page=rules-rules#Rules/New%20rule.htm

Create a Custom Rule Unread:

  • Navigate to Menu > Rules.
  • Click Add Rule and name it.
  • Conditions: Select conditions such as From someone, Subject contains, or filter for Unread criteria.
Under conditions look for criteria that identify unread mail, such as filtering by sender or subject if you want a subset of unread mail, otherwise, use the Rules feature to move messages based on specific criteria
  • Actions: Select Move to folder and choose your destination folder.
  • Finish the wizard to activate the rule for future messages.
