All connections failed (imap, smtp) since today.

Yesterday my gmail account worked. Today, gmail as well as a new account can’t connect.
I disabled firewall, antivirus etc. and tried a bunch of other things, but alas…
And looking at some monitoring program, it seems eM doesn’t even succeed making a connection at all.
For the record: These account works on other mail clients.

I have the same issue. But I think it was predicated by my acceptance of an upgrade notice. Did you upgrade before or after adding the new account? O did you not upgrade during this change.

I don’t remember any notice about upgrading. I presume by default it asks you and doesn’t just upgrade? Any way I can check?

One thing though: This only occurs at my work’s network. This evening I am home and everything connects again.

IT-managers claimed there were no ports blocked, anyway to be sure?
