How can i set permanently new mail form to Align right
Hello, you can achieve this using templates, navigate to Tools > Settings > Mail > Signatures and Templates, and setup a new template that will include a right aligned text. When you setup your template, make sure to select the template to automatically apply to all new messages, replies or forwards, if you’d like to use it with all your outgoing emails.

i did what you offered but after saving the template the text returns to left 
please advice i am doing soothing wrong…

I’m not having any issues with this, create a template and overwrite the template text aligned to right, that should allow you to start typing automatically with right text alignment. Unfortunately there’s no other option that would allow you to set the default text alignment.
