I would like to mark (red flag) my emails and have the possibility to set an END DATE. Actually I can set the mark with (POSTPONE TO) but it doesn’t show this on the AGENDA.
In my Agenda view ALL THE MARKS are always on TODAY even if the marks are already postponed to next week, etc. How can I solve this issue?
Moreover, as per Outlook software, I would like to re-name my email marks with a different name than the subject of the email. is it possible?
We don’t support due date on flags at this time, so all messages that are flagged will be displayed in the Agenda sidebar under Today.
I am not sure what you are asking here.
You can’t rename the flag, it is just a flag, but you can change the subject of the message. Just click on the subject in the message preview and edit it. When done, hit the Enter key on your keyboard.
Hello Gary, thanks for your feedback. It’s a pity that flag don’t support due date. So the POSTONE TO option is useless…because I cannot see it anywhere in the AGENDA.
I really hope this can be updated in the next versions.
