After run, emclient is freeze

Win 7 64b, Kaspersky Internet Security… after run emclient is freeze - in status console is “Syncing items” but I cant click on anything, or move with windows. Any idea?

Hi Pavel, can you try to disable the Kaspersky security software and check if the issue persists? If it does, what version of eM Client are you currently using, can you check for the exact version number in Help > About?
