Bought it, had it working with 10 accounts, formatted, imported, entered serial, and am told I need to purchase it again and that I am on a free account which is limited to 2 accounts.

Seems you have entered a Free License activation key. If you have lost your Pro License key, contact eM Client directly, or you can have the activation key resent to you automatically by entering your registered email address at https://www.emclient.com/lost-activation-key
