after 7 days emails are disappear.

HI all. I have a problem
where it won’t download past 7 days? I need to get them all  How can I fix this; thank you for your help. Regards Patrick

If you are using a pop3 account open up your account and change the pop3 server setting to what you want them to be.

Thank You Richard I am not using POP3. I do have another email account open with POP3

I have a problem with messages dropping out of my inbox that are older than 2 weeks. I have the box checked off to leave a copy of the messages on the server and to not remove for a year. I can’t even find where they go when they drop off! Help!
