Address not found

Dear Sirs,
I have problem with sending mail - Address not found

Your message has not been delivered to xxxxxxxx, as the domain xxxxxxxxx could not be found. Check your address for errors or extra spaces, and try again.

Please advice what shall i do

Hi @Vitali

The message will have been generated by the mail server not eMC.
You need to do what the message says - check everything
If everything is correct and it still does not work you will need to
contact the intended recipient by some other means.

I am use IMAP
gmail work correct. but when i sending mail by eMclient, it cant find domian. Sometims i have no returning message but mail still not delivered.

Hi @Vitali

If you are saying that this particular message is sent correctly using Gmail
then assuming that eMC can send correctly to other addresses, you should
probably check the spelling & format of the address that is failing in eMC
is correct.

That you haven’t got any spaces in the address that shouldn’t be there.
You didn’t confirm that eMC sends correctly to other addresses.
Can you in fact send any messages using eMC?

Only you know the details you have blanked out - you need to contact the intended recipient, if it is important and have other means, to tell them what has happened, maybe they are the originators of the SPAM.
You can also Google the IP Address: 209.85.167.51 there you will get all the information you need.
