i want so send personalized mass mails with em Client. To do that i need a salutation for each contact. But that option is greyed out, so i can not add this. Any hint how to solve this?
It is dependent on your contact provider. If they don’t sync the field, we don’t allow you to use it.
For example if you save your contacts in Local Folders, so not synced with a server, we allow all possible fields.
