adding conference call numbers

When creating and inviting people to a meeting - we would like to add our conf call information into the email invite. In outlook we can add a room or location which can supply this information. Or with skype for business (not skype in general) we can create a skype for business meeting which auto adds the dial in information into the email like a signature.

We do not want to type this in for every meeting we have - typically more than 10 -15 meeting a week
