Add “View Conversation” as a right click menu option for a mail item.
eg.
When you right-click on an email an choose “View Conversation” it takes the subject line, stripes off all the “RE:” or “FW:” sections in the subject and places it in the filter bar in either a newly opened “Communication history” window or in the left hand “Contact Details”
