Please add reply, forward, move, etc when hovering over a message.
They are already available when right-clicking on the message in the message list, or right-clicking on the message in the preview, or from the dropdown below the time in the message preview, or you can add them to the toolbar if they are not already there.

I know all of this thank you Gary. I am referring to when hovering the mouse over the message in V9. Currently, only delete is present when hovering.
