Add Meeting Invites to Calendar

When I receive a meeting invite, I see this preview box where I can accept the meeting. Problem is when I accept the meeting, it never shows up in my calendar. It doesn’t seem to matter what type of email account (i.e. gmail, microsoft, etc.) as none of the meeting gets added to the calendar.

Are there no eM Client support people here?

Problem is when I accept the meeting, it never shows up in my calendar. It doesn’t seem to matter what type of email account (i.e. gmail, microsoft, etc.) as none of the meeting gets added to the calendar.

That’s very strange as email invitations normally just automatically appear after you press accept shortly after in the specific calendar.

So as they are not showing up in Gmail or Microsoft account and you are using the latest V9 or V10, then if you have setup your accounts as IMAP or Exchange try going to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and readd both accounts again via the automatic account wizard and see if that fixes it.

Try also deselect and reselect on the word Calendar directly under each email account. Also click Refresh as it might just need to sync.

If removing and reading your accounts and deselecting and reselecting your Account calendars still doesn’t show the invitations in your Gmail and Microsoft Calendars after pressing accept, then if you have only just installed eM Client and are still inside your 30day trial period, suggest you send an email to [email protected] for initial assistance.

If you are outside your 30 day initial trial period and have a current active paid Pro, Personal or Business version, go to the Official VIP Support page and login and lodge a support ticket.

If you have a paid account but have run out of your 12 months support, you can get another year extension via the following page VIP Support Extension | eM Client
