When I go over the senders e mail i got two options on a pop up window: send email or add to contacts. If I choose send a-mail it works fine but when I choose add to contacts, nothing happens.
If I go to contacts there is nothing. No contacts at all.
What am I doing wrong?

It could have been added to the Local Folders Contacts. If local folders are not visible go to Menu > Tools > Settings > General , and tick Show local folders.
There is also a bug in eM Client that adding a contact in this way does not automatically populate the File As field, so the contact will not be listed alphabetically with your other contacts. Instead, it will be at the end of the list with any other blank File As contacts.
Also, I have been told by support that the option to add contacts from the Smart Folders does not function. Go to the actual folder to add the contact.
