activation key problem

when tried to send activation key, received mesage:

A problem has occured when contacting the licesing server:
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpecting error occured on a send

What can I do ?

Hi Beovez,

What OS are you using on your machine? 

It might be also a problem of your Antivirus software that is blocking the access to our licensing server. Please try shutting it off and reconnecting.

no antivirus software in PC
