Activation Key not working

Recently, I got a new pc and I have been trying to set up Em Client on my pc, I was using the free edition of Em client. Whenever I go to activate my key by pressing “Ok” it loads for a couple of seconds and then does nothing. I have even had the activation key sent back to me incase I had gotten it wrong, but that won’t work either.

Did you deactivate the License key on your old computer?
If not: Menu ->Help ->License ->Deactivate
Try again and if still not working contact: sales@emclient.com

No I didn’t deactivate it, and I won’t be able to go back and deactivate it, is there anything else I can do?

I don’t mean to hijack your thread but experiencing the same here (2 sec load then nothing)

Both free and pro licence (I have several), tried on different computers and on different internet link…

Same here.

  • Upgrade to Windows 11 yesterday.

  • emClient does only fetch from two accounts.

  • It shows beeing with an active licence.

  • Deactivating the licence works.

  • Activating the license shows the ring for two seconds. Then nothing happens on the client and emClient stays unactivated.

  • The license gets activated on the license portal.

  • Repeating the process (deactivating in the portal, activationg on the client) does not change anything.

  • Neither does reinstalling emClient help.

Apologies to everyone; there was a temporary issue with the license server.

It has now been fixed.

Please go to Menu > Help > License and if there is no license, click on Activate then paste in your license key.

If you have lost the license key, you can have it resent from this page. If eM Client is offline, so you can’t receive messages, please use your webmail interface to receive the message.
