Activation key not received

Hello! I request an activation key, but it is not coming through. I cannot receive or send any emails. I’ve checked the ports and there are no updates. Please help urgently!

We have the same problem today. Most frustrating taking time away from working hours to try and fix the problem. We purchased version 9 after reading the comments that “if you use PayPal, installation is quick and easy.” Because we couldn’t install the new version and attempted to change to the new version, the old version stopped working, because it wanted a new activation
key.
