Activation failed after reinstalling Windows 7

I have reinstalled windows 7 and then I have reinstalled emClient, but it refused the activation code because it said that my license has reached the maximum of installations activated. How I can manage to solve the problem

Hello, are you a free license user? Did you deactivate your license key before uninstalling/reinstalling eM Client? When reinstalling it’s important to deactivate the previous instance of eM Client so you can reactivate using your activation key.

If you’re unable to activate using your original license key, please send me your licensing details to mcgregor@emclient.com with a reference link to this forum topic so I can deactivate your activation.

As a PRO license user you can do this yourself at http://licensing.emclient.com using your licensing credentials and after logging into the system.
