Accounts limited though i have license?!

I have a pro license and just wanted to add a 3rd account for email. Then it said limited, need to go pro first. As far as i know i am pro for many years. What can i do to fix it?

Go to Menu > Help > License. It will give you details of your license.

It may be that you have activated a Free License instead of the Pro one. To activate the Pro License, first click on the Deactivate button to remove the Free License, then click on the Activate button and enter the Pro License activation key.

If you have lost the Pro License key, you can have it resent to you by entering the registered email address at https://www.emclient.com/lost-activation-key

OK did that. It seems i need a new pro account s/n. Thanks for the quick help!

Nobody can share a license with you. That is illegal and it will not work anyway as the license is limited to one computer.
