When trying to add an exchange account, It displays “obtaining server configuration records” and the progress wheel just keeps spinning, This happens both with Automatic setup and choosing exchange, and happens with any email I try. Tried it on another PC and works fine.
Hi, sorry to see this, what version of Exchange are you running on your server? What version of eM client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About?
Are you using any firewall/proxy or any other securoty software on your computer?

Hi again, how long does it take for eM Client to setup the account, I’m unfortunately unable to replicate the issue, please note that the initial lookup may take some time, and if no errors are shown, the check to your server may have not finished yet.
Are you using domains on your Exchange account login? If so, you have to setup the account manually from New Account > Mail > Exchange, and setup the domain name as your login.
