Account freezes & have to restart PC

Have 2 accounts an EWS one and Gmail. Gmail never an issue but EWS one freezes maybe every couple of days. Closing via Task Manager doesn’t get it going again, only restarting PC does (or at least that’s the only way I’ve found to do it). When I refresh, the progress circle is visible by the Gmail account but not the EWS one.

Can happen at any time of the day…ie it can work well for hours (or all day) before it freezes. It tripped today after anout 3 hours, while in the middle of writing a long email. It wouldn’t send, got hung up saying it was. Wasn’t in drafts etc etc

No that is not a known issue with eM Client. Sounds like your EWS account might just not of added in properly or synced correctly initially.

I would suggest if you haven’t already tried to go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and readd your account via the automatic account wizard.

Then try it again and see if that fixes it.
