Not able to delete emails with the dots.
You should definitely be able to delete any emails. If you can’t then if you have an IMAP Exchange or iCloud account, go online to your webmail and try to delete it there. If that then deletes ok online, close and reopen eM Client and it should be gone.
If it still isn’t deleted in eM Client after deleting online you might need to repair eM Client. But hopefully deleting that specific email online works.
What is the little black dot.
I think the dot in your screenshot is the “Read or Unread” icon.
So if that is the read / unread dot, when you click it the dot will change to either a non filled circle or a filled black circle depending on the mail status.
So if the email has already been read and you want to change it back to unread status, click the dot again and the subject will go bold (unread).
Note: If nothing happens when you click that black dot, then it might be something else.
