I have been using eM Client on and off for a while as I had been looking for a client that supports Apple’s new iCloud+. I have this working and it seems OK so far. all emails are being sent from the Alias.
The only issue I seem to have is that when someone sends me an invite from Outlook via Exchange I get it / accept it / but no confirmation is sent?
