Bei der Öffnung einer Mail als PopUP und dem anschließenden Bewegen des Mail-PopUps stürzt eM Client durchgehend ab, wenn sich das PopUp über dem Mailprogramm öffnet. System: Windows 11 Home, 24H2, 26100.3037; eM Client: 10.1.4588 (f11e2ab).

Could be possibly something eg: didn’t 100% install properly when eM Client installed and might be partially corrupted. So suggest to try uninstalling the program and “don’t delete the database” when asked on the uninstall wizard. Then re-download and reinstall the same eM Client version via the release history page and see if that fixes it. Also reboot after reinstall.
If still the same problem then could be possibly eg: something running locally resident in memory that might be interferring with the mail client. Programs that can sometimes interfere are eg: optionally installed Firewall / Security programs, optionally installed Antivirus programs or VPNs. So if you have anything like that installed other than what comes default with Win 11, try completely disabling those to test.
