About Rules and Favorite Part Pinning

There are 2 questions I want to ask. I would be glad if you help.

1- 2 e-mails are defined in my eM Client account. For an e-mail from [email protected], when I create a rule for a mail account, there is a confusion and after that all mails from [email protected] go to the rule based on my first mail. So, I want a rule to go to the rule based on the email address I received.

2- I want the favorites section at the top of the mail program to remain constant. When I go down to view my folders, this area remains upstairs and is not suitable for quick access. I have to go up again.

If you want the Rule to apply to messages from someone, use the from people option.

Click on the underlined people link and add the email address. That will affect all message from that email address.

If the Rule is not working, please post a screen-shot.

Your second question, sorry, it is not possible to pin the favorite folders at the top.
