A few emails appear for 1 second in In Box then go to All Mail so I miss them!
Since you mention All Mail, I assume you are using Gmail. Do you have another device you are using to access mail and maybe you archived the messages on the other device? Do you have any rules set up?

No I don’t use another device. I have moved emails to the In-box, but it doesn’t learn from that: the same sender’s emails go astray.
Are they also only in the All Mail Folder on the web client? Is it just one sender? eM Client doesn’t really have the capability of deleting categories (i.e., inbox) on it’s own, it simply synchronizes with the server. That’s why moving it to the inbox does not “teach” anything-- it is just replicating what the server has done.
They are only in the All Mail and it was just one sender but is now another! If I disconnect from Gmail, then Gmail works fine, so it is definitely a problem only with eM client.
The only way I am aware that this can happen is if you have set up a rule in eM Client that does this
