A call to SSPI failed

Hi, right after upgrading to Windows 10 my email on em client stopped working completely - can’t send or receive. I receive the error message “A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.” Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas on how to correct it? Thanks ))

Hello Gordon, not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you make a screenshot of the error or if the error is thrown in the Operations window, please switch to the “Log” tab, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum. What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

What mail service are you using with eM Client?
