I replied to a message from my Granddaughter about a barrel racing event using EmClient. I received a message that it could not be sent because of code 5.7.1 Abusive Pattern Detected (ZD/78EA086).
I then replied to the message using my gmail account and it went through with no issues. So, is this a problem with EmClient or is it something else?
5.7.1 Abusive Pattern Detected (ZD/78EA086).
That usually means the message is being rejected due to either something in the eg: email header, subject or body of the email is suspected spam so gets rejected when you replied.
Sometimes that can also happen if sent email is detected to have eg: Spyware or Malware or Viruses in it.
Sometimes it can also happen if your IP address has been sending alot of eg: bulk mail where some servers have sending limits & then reject.
So just contact your mail server technical support and forward that email to them to investigate why. They will assist you there.

Sending via a web browser mail http webpage is different to sending directly using a mail client using a SMTP server connection. That’s why that worked where it didn’t via the mail client.
