From friday i started to have problems and it’s giving me error
454, “4.7.0”, Cannot authenticate due to temporary system problem …
it was on multiple emails , i left the client open and from 10 emails some got out in 3days but still have 2 that are stuck and always giving me the same error …

Hello, not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the issue and submit it to us here on the forum for more information.
If an error occurs, please switch to the log tab when it appears in Operations, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here for more information.
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you using any security software on your computer that may be blocking the connection to the mail server?

Same problem here, since friday my gmail accounts are not receiving neither sending emails, I’m attaching a screenshot.

Well, unless yesterday it was not sending any email now it seems to be sendign them, but it shows some errors. Here it is the log.

Hello, unfortunately it seems like the connection is being blocked as eM client is unable to connect, are you using any security software on your computer, that might have disabled the application’s ability to connect to the mail server? If so, please try to temporarily disable the security software and check if the issue persists or make sure to setup an exception for eM Client in order to let it synchronise with the server.

I’ve disabled the firewall and I’m still getting some errors, unless it seems to be sending and receiving succesfully. Here it is the log and the screen showing errors.

Hello, based on this error it still seems like the application is unable to connect to the mail server, as it’s being blocked. Make sure none of the used ports are being blocked by your firewall or antivirus or setup an exception for MailClient.exe in order to let it connect and synchronise with your mail server.
