I have had em Client for several years. I have a 2nd email address in my laptop em Client, & it works fine. Only get a few emails a year there. Just loaded new em client for android to my phone. Don’t remember password for 2nd email address. How can I change it?
If you can’t remember your password for your second email address, go to your mailbox online where you can normally reset your password via your webmail or your account section.
If you can’t find where to reset online contact your mailbox online technical support.
The other way you can see your mailbox passwords is eg: if you have logged in previously to that mailbox via a browser and chose to “save the password”, you can then view that stored password in the browser.
Thanks for the tip. I have gone into my account section and changed my password, but it apparently won’t change it, because I keep getting the notification box. I have tried to change it probably 10 times. I guess I will contact online support. Thanks again.
