Why does it take 17.72 seconds for eMClient to inbox to pop up from the time i click the taskbar icon? when i first got the program it did no such long.
Why when i send myself a picture taken from my Iphone to my e-mail, eMClient always says theres an error when saving my photo from my e-mail inbox to desktop, and i have to retry to download 3 to 4 more times for it to complete.
Can anyone relate / answer these two questions for me?

Hi Steven, can you please check how big is your eM Client database folder located in your local folder > App Data > Roaming?
As your database folder grows over time using the application, it may take longer to initialize all your existing data from the database file.
The speed of loading the data however is directly connected to your computer and hard drive performance.
Also please try to update your application to this release and check if the issue persists, http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21289/setup.msi .

i downloaded the update. i did not know there was an update. My eMClient didn’t say anything before when i did check for updates.
Here is a capture of the folder you are talking about. It doesn’t look to be large at all. Am i suppose to delete the contents in the folder? Thanks for the reply.

Hi again Steven, in case the issue persists, you can try to run this tool http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe when the application is being initialized, the tool will generate a stack dump file in your documents folder. Please send me this file to my email [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic.
