but it accepts the same password every time and downloads the mail. This started with the new update, I’m on 7.2.34711.0 Since the new update.
And since the new update the operations box pops up at the same time, showing the green scroll of the new message search. I watch this every 30 mins.

If the account is setup as IMAP, you can delete the account then add it again. See if that makes any difference. You will find this in Menu > Tools > Accounts.

Before deleting any accounts, always make a backup in Menu > Tools > Backup.
