I’ve created an account and pop3/smtp diagnostics look good - when I click on Send and Receive I get the error message shown in the thread title. Server log doesn’t elaborate.
Hi, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM client?
Can you please make a screenshot of the error and when it occurs, switch to the “Log” tab, copy the content of the log and post it here on the forum along with the screenshot?

Many thanks for your reply. I’ve resolved the issue over the weekend - server-side setup problem.
eM Client is now supporting two accounts for me with no issues.
