1445 snooze synch still unreliable

On ios 18.3 (1445) and windows 11 (4558) snooze is wholly unreliable - I can snooze on one device and it might not synch across to other devices. The lack of synch is hit and miss but too regular to be able to rely on it. Just wastes time and effort

so based on an inbox 15 emails, the following distribution of snoozed emails of the exact same set of emails over different devices all open at the same time

main desktop (win 11 latest build) 4558 - 10 snoozed emails
laptop (win 11 latest build) 4558 - 6 snoozed emails
iphone (18.3) 1445 - 9 snoozed emails
ipad air (18.3) 1445 - 5 snoozed emails

nobody has replied to this but this is so unreliable and wastes my time every day

I have no idea if its a mobile issue or a desktop but it is such a pain

I personally can’t fault the snooze sync using the latest eM Client with a eg: Gmail account using iOS V10.2.1465 and Android V10.2.1465 and eM Client V10 for Windows V10.1.4588 and Mac V10.1.4828. Syncs perfectly for me snoozing on all devices.

I can only suggest to maybe try updating to the latest release eM Client desktop for Windows via the release history page V10.1.5131 and see if that makes any difference.

Also if you have any optionally installed firewall / security program, or optional antivirus program or vpn on any of the devices try completely disabling those to test in case of interference.

Failing that if you have a paid Pro or Personal version, suggest to login to the VIP support page and lodge a support ticket to have that investigated. Might be to do with eg: specific account types not synching snooze.

Agreed. The snooze is unreliable from Android to Windows. I snoozed a message this morning on the phone, then checked my email later in the day from Windows. The message is in the Windows InBox, but not in the Android InBox. It does appear in the Android Snoozed folder. AFAIK, I have the latest version on both devices.
Frustrating…
