I’ve used all beta 10.3 and now running 10.3.1524 - all have same issue.
It is totally repeatable YES
Simply double click any email to open in new window and emclient completely crashes. Restarts with db check OK.
I’ve encountered this once too, but have not tried to reproduce it because I didn’t want to bring the app down again. I tried double-clicking on a message in the list to open it in a new window and it was an instant crash.
Can you post here the crash report?
It seems we are experiencing this bug in macOS. Quote from Apple:
I confirmed our engineering team is aware of this issue and I expect it will be addressed in an upcoming software update. I will follow up once we have more information.
Meanwhile we are doing our best to come up with some workaround for that. Sorry for all the inconvenience, but it seems it is currently out of our control, but we’ll do best to resolve it somehow anyways.

Seems this issue is related to MacOS update to 15.4. Awaiting fix
