Since 2/8 I’ve been getting authentication errors with Yahoo mail. Just won’t work. The password works on Yahoo’s web site, and I changed it just in case. What can I check on my system to make sure it’s not a problem on my end? I know I didn’t change anything.
Maybe suggest to (do a backup in eM Client) and then remove and re-add your Yahoo acct via the automatic setup which has now been fixed for Yahoo accounts.
Failing that have you thought about updating to the latest eM Client V8.1 version as per it has alot of new features as well and does also work with Yahoo accounts via the release history page.
I deleted the account from my accounts list and re-added, and that fixed it. Thank you!
