I recieve emails which are important to me from a company but em sends them to junk email,even though I have clicked "move to inbox and remove blacklist domain/email,strangely its only happened since i had to reinstall em for other reasons…any ideas ?

Alright, can you try disabling the Spam Filter in Tools>Rules and see if that helps?
Ok,but will that mean all spam wont be filtered then ? So what do i do with my junk email ? Cheers for your help
