With recent update, it doesn’t refresh emails from Google for my email domain. When I first start em it downloads fine, but then it won’t update. I have to restart em to get it to download again. And the refresh icon keeps spinning, but no errors.
Perhaps your database has a bit of corruption. Try the following:
1. Right-click on the “All Mail” folder and select Properties and then Repair. Then click on the repair icon.
2. If that does not work, you can delete the account and start over. Since it is IMAP, it will resync and you won’t loose anything.
This worked well for me.
I had a 1.5 year gap in Gmail messages and repairing did the trick.
