Windows 8.1 on entering email address and password it connects to POP# but there is no SMTP tab and can not send emails - anyone help please?.
Hi Kevin, if your account is missing an SMTP tab (e.g. an SMTP service) you won’t be able to send emails over this account, however try to setup the account manually and use the recommended server settings to setup the account.
To setup and email account manually, please navigate to Tools > Accounts > New account, and instead of using the automatic setup, switch to the mail tab and proceed with the steps.
