I am not able to paste text that I copy from NotePad or any of my other plain text editors to a new email or a reply on my new Win 8.1 64 bit laptop. I am able to paste from Word 2010 on Win 8.1. I have tried ‘Paste’ and ‘Paste as Text’.
I am able to paste text that I copy from NotePad to a new email or a reply on my oold Win 7 SP1 64 bit laptop.
I am using the free version of eM Client 5.0.19406.0 on both laptops.

does Win 8.1 use newest IE version? If not then please update it and if yes then reset it and tell if it helped.
